Cartoons – A Popular Humor Dose

Currently, the meaning of animation is promoting a lot from what used to be in art work of middle ages and renaissance period. In modern situations, cartoon refers to a visual presentation that produces humor and satire. Editorial cartoons are an integral part of the newspapers and media magazines. The humor shown in these cartoons is of somber nature. Paradox and satire are found in them as the essentials. Editorial cartoons or political cartoons give a commentary on the existing personal or social situations. Content cartoons are also shown with speech balloons or the rough caption written on the cartoon itself or beneath. Herblock, Robert Peters, David Low and Gerald Scarfe are most acclaimed political cartoonists.

Shows have made a long lasting specialized niche in electronic media too. Since kids like shows a lot, almost every entertainment channel show some cartoon programs. Above all, full time cartoon programs have been launched and so they grab a significant show of the total tv set viewing. In electronic press these cartoons are called animations. People like Walt Disney, have created some cartoon characters that will be the on the tip of the tongue of the individual, who once has been a kid. Ben and Jerry, Mickey Mouse button, Donald Duck etc. are the popular and loving cartoon characters.
