Staying healthy in our bodies,and relationships is the 3rd and 4th pillar of the modern health quartet.  By achieving greater levels of health in our diets and exercise we can start to develop confidence in who we are.  This confidence allows us to build stronger relationships in the home, at work, at school, and among strangers.  By finding yourself through self improvement you will naturally want to help others achieve the level of balance you have in your life.
