It cannot be compared to other exercises because you will almost get all of the health benefits that an exercise can give. If you choose yoga, you will get the same benefits with the other exercises. Not only it can keep you healthy, it can also relieve stress. It also has a yoga position for relieving stress.

If you are a beginner, you need to get a yoga instructor, not an aerobics teacher because it makes a lot of difference. If you want to do it at home, you can purchase DVD’s but it would best to enroll in a yoga class with a teacher so that you will know if you are executing it properly and in order for you not to get hurt. It is also best to start from simpler positions.
